FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many photos will we get?
The final image count depends on the selected package and the conditions of the shoot.
When will we get the edited photos?
The turnaround time for the edited photos is around 1 week and clients will receive updates via email.
Do you provide the Raw, unedited files?
The raw, unedited files are not included or typically delivered.
Any photos that are not edited or delivered are either exact duplicates or outtakes - like out of focus images, test shots, unflattering images, etc.

If you're interested in receiving the raw, unedited files, then this would require (1) an additional fee of $100 and then (2) a signed non-disclosure agreement stating that you will not tie any of the images that you edited back to Tetsu and Yeli Photography.
Do you offer packages for bigger events?
We generally do not do big events including, but not limited to, weddings or quinceañeras.

What payment options do you accept?
Currently we are only taking cash and/or checks. ​
Where are you located?
We are based in Houston, TX. We will travel to surrounding areas within reason.
